Strong Foundations

Online fitness coaching specilised in longevity.

While Strong Foundations’ logotype was created by another designer, the online business lacked a cohesive overall identity. My role was to develop branded content and explore alternative colour palettes, as requested.

Starting with branded social media content, I then worked on both printed and digital guidebooks, carefully selecting visuals and designing layouts that my client could easily adapt to his needs.

Although most guidebooks are fully digital and include clickable links, they were designed to be easily converted into print versions for use during in-person fitness and mobility workshops.

What’s next?

Photography and social media templates

The initial phase of the project focused on establishing Strong Foundations’ brand identity , enabling content to be released quickly while staying aligned with the existing logotype.
This year marks the next step: evolving the brand and developing new content for both social media and client-facing products, such as guides and training programmes. Below are examples of Instagram post templates designed to reflect Strong Foundation’ connection to nature and its deeply human approach to coaching.

Dan Isherwood
Coach and Founder of Strong Foundations

“Working with Hermeline has been a pleasure. She completely understood my vision and was able to create a cohesive brand identity that has allowed me to stand out in a saturated market. The amount of time and effort that went into understanding my values and translating them into ready-to-use content was exceptional.”
